What to expect
Each Kundalini yoga class incorporates breathing exercises, physical postures, hand positions, chant, sound and meditation. This combination of elements works together, sometimes for a specific purpose. The overall purpose is to raise the energy of the individual. Kundalini yoga is open to all ages, all abilities.
