Ayurvedic Facial Massage
Ayurveda is the World's oldest Indian Healing System meaning 'Science of life' or 'life knowledge'.
The aim in Ayurveda is in prevention and to promote positive health, long life and well being.
The Ayurvedic Facial Massage provides a specialist Marma point massage (which means 'hidden' and similar to acupressure points) to the head, face and upper body using specific oils according to the Dosha profile to bring total relaxation and rejuvenation. It is a technique, based on Ayurvedic principles, which precisely stimulates the muscles and tissues of the face, freeing up tension and encouraging relaxation. It stimulates the circulation and lymphatic drainage, thereby helping to eliminate toxins.
The massage is followed by a natural face pack, freshly prepared for each client, then removed with organic rose water to refresh and tone the skin. Moisturising anti-aging serum is then applied to complete this natural therapy.
This is not a traditional facial but rather a distinctive and authentic method of facial Marma therapy and detoxification. The Ayurvedic facial massage is a wonderfully relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
